What can one accomplish in 28 days? A LOT! That's four weeks, or 672 hours, to a healthy and beautiful you and it will go by fast and be over before you know it. You'll look back and think. The Jumpstart Phase
The start of anything that one does in life is very important. This is true as well with our 28 Day Program. How you come out of the starting blocks towards your goals, sets you up for certain success or certain failure. The first five days is your 'Jumpstart' to success. Three shakes, breakfast, lunch and dinner, with two low-glycemic snacks, along with two servings of fruits and/or vegetables. Take your daily USANA nutritionals along with a lot of water. These five days will get you off the carbohydrate roller coaster and set you up for the next phase, your transformation.
READY — SET —GO!
The Transform Phase
Now that you have seen the power of the Jumpstart Phase, you will see the beauty of the Transform Phase. In the Transform Phase, you'll remove one shake and replace it with a low-glycemic meal of your creation; after all, we want you to start working towards your new lifestyle.
As the weight comes off and your energy increases, start adding more exercise. Work on your core and strength of your arms and legs. Depending upon your condition at the start of the 28 days, if you have achieved your goals, congratulations! If you haven't yet reach your desired weight and goals, you continue on until you do. It took me 12 weeks to remove 78 lbs! Don't give up! YOU WILL KICK YOURSELF IF YOU DO!
The Maintain Phase
CONGRATULATIONS! Your hard work, perseverance and sticking to your goals paid off. You are now experiencing a new and invigorated you. You're feeling good about yourself with renewed energy and vigor. No doubt you love your new image and how you carry and view yourself. Now what?
Welcome to the 'Maintain' phase.
In this phase, you remove one more shake and replace it with another low-glycemic meal of your creation. Look at the chart below. Also, if you need assistance in finding low-glycemic foods check out our resource links below.

Throughout the day add 2 servings of fruit and/or vegetables
